I am here to support artists and creative entrepreneurs in overcoming obstacles that stand in the way of their dreams, helping them create projects that bring more beauty, meaning and innovation into the world.
Having spent years as an expat in the Caribbean and later as an entrepreneur, I embarked on a soul-searching journey in 2022 by thru-hiking the 2,600-mile Pacific Crest Trail. This transformative experience led me back to my roots in Ontario.
Alongside guiding others on their creative paths, I am currently immersed in crafting my first novel, expanding my collection of short stories, exploring classic literature, and diving into the art of textile crafting. Join me as we nurture creativity and growth in a gentle, supportive environment.
What is Creativity Coaching?
Coaching is not therapy, consulting, mentoring or training.
But it is transformative.
Coaching, the way I practice it, is a safe place where you can explore the situations, successes, disappointments, desires, and relationships in your life. My role is to listen intently and without judgement, to remain curious and to ask questions that challenge your current way of thinking.
